ANUSARA HEATED FLOW
Anusara means ‘flowing with grace’ or ‘yoga of the Heart’. It is based on the universal principles of alignment working to open the body from the heart centre in order to experience bliss and joy in the yoga practice.
Suitable for all levels. The room is heated and the class flows with music.
FRIDAY NIGHT CHILL
Join us to enjoy a slower class with a relaxed atmosphere. This class uses bolsters to help the body ease gently into postures, opening and stretching tight muscles and easing the body into a relaxed state. Allowing our breath to deepen, the nervous system to relax and our minds to slow down.
Suitable for all levels. Low heat, chilled music.
POCKET ROCKET - HEATED VINYASA
Rob stumbled upon Yoga and like many others had a very inconsistent relationship with the practice. Being a professional commercial dancer / choreographer meant it was hard to be committed to the practice. However, after a major spinal chord injury in 2013 the universe had other ideas for the path Rob was about to take......
Yoga became a massive part of Robs recovery through finding a love for Vinyasa and soon after, Rocket. "Rocket made me feel strong yet challenged - I wanted to share this with others through teaching".
For Rob, teaching Yoga is not a job - it's just him sharing his passion with others.
VINYASA and DHARMA
Inspired to become more flexible after working on a photo shoot with some parkour artists; Nadine went to her first yoga class, a Hot Yoga class, 11 years ago aged 30. This lead her to Ashtanga, then Vinyasa, Rocket, Jivamukti and Dharma Yoga.
Nadine completed the 200 hour Vinyasa yoga training at Sangye Yoga (a Jivamukti affiliated school) in Oct 2016 and completed her 500 hour with Dharma Mittra in New York in Oct 2018. Nadine's training made her realise that Yoga is so much more than asana. Nadine hopes to share this in her practice and through her classes.
HOT YOGA 60 and VINYASA FLOW
After trying different forms of yoga Carolyn discovered Vinyasa Flow and was hooked! The dynamic, energetic and fun elements really appealed to her having come from a gymnastics background. Committing to a regular practice helped Carolyn overcome symptoms of stress and anxiety. Discovering the power of breath, yoga became much more than the asanas, it helped to unify physical practice with mental stillness, a feeling of balance and calm. Carolyn qualified at Yoga London and aims to make yoga accessible for all ages and abilities.
